Gulf Coast Development, LLC was created in 1998 to take advantage of development opportunities in the dynamic Southwest Florida real estate market. Together with its Connecticut real estate division, A.H. Salce Properties, LLC, and General Contracting divisions, Gulf Coast Development Group has demonstrated a signifcant breadth of development expertise and experience.

In addition to Lemuria, current Naples projects include Villas Torino, a six-unit condominium near the beach in Old Naples; a luxury estate home under construction in Port Royal; Clock Towers Business Park, an office/industrial condominium on Radio Road; and Bella Baia, a luxury condominium building on Gulf Shore Boulevard North. In Connecticut, development activity includes a self-storage facility, industrial/office condominiums, and ocean front condominiums. In addition, Bridle Trail, a 52-unit subdivision in Connecticut was recently completed. Gulf Coast Development and A.H. Salce Properties have maintained a diverse development portfolio of both residential and commercial properties and continue to pursue select opportunities in Connecticut and Southwest Florida.
